The Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show features 70 of the best, most diverse vintage vendors from NYC and across the country. Their collections span decades, including classic 60’s ball gowns to more “modern” items like 90’s Starter jackets, and everything in between. That said, prices range too, but it’s possible to negotiate (especially if you attend late on the second day because the vendors do not want to haul things back home #protip).

I enjoy the show because it’s a unique shopping experience. As someone who seeks out affordable yet good quality and unique pieces, what more could I ask for than thousands of pieces of vintage merchandise under one roof? The other cool part of the show is the warmth and personal shopping experience from the owners/curators that I’ve developed relationships with (the vintage world, even in NYC, is small).
My favorite vendors consistently have show stopping pieces that are in great condition and their collections are always well curated. This includes: PrizesforArla, The Bargain District, La Poubelle Vintage, Amacord, Thriftwares.
Check here for the upcoming show dates and vendor/exhibitor list. The show is held three times a year in February, April, and October on Friday/Saturday at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea.
