I always get really excited for the Paul Andrew sample sale. This brand is one of my favorites and the deals on their beautiful, comfortable, and stylish shoes are incredible. This sample sale was no different.
Price points for men’s and women’s shoes were $25, $50, $75, $150, $250. I don’t recall seeing any marked for $25. The suede flat slingbacks and basic pumps were $50. Sandals were mainly in the $75 range. Boots were $150-$250. All these prices come at a significant discount versus the retail prices which are mid $400s to the $1500s. Keep in mind these are true samples, meaning that many (not all) show signs of wear (dirt, scuffs, marks, creasing). Don’t let that deter you because there are enough in good condition for a steal.
If you’re a size 37, you’re really in store for a treat. There are shelves full of all types of shoes – flats, slingbacks, sandals, pumps, wedges, booties, mid and tall boots. The rest of us (I’m a 39) had nice choices as well, but not nearly as many as the 37’s. I walked away with five pair of shoes (sandals and pumps) and I’m very excited about them!
To the guys – there are not many options at all. The ones there look really large and worn.
This sale only lasts for two days (like it always does) so there’s usually a rush at the beginning. I went at 1PM on the first day and there were only two other people there. That was luck because, apparently, the crowd came when it first opened at 11AM and had disbursed by lunch time.
